|At Child First Authority (CFA) our mission is to develop youth and strengthen families by providing high quality community schools, afterschool and summer learning programs that promote academic achievement, social and emotional wellbeing, and parent leadership. In response to the pandemic, we immediately began supporting our students and families, by distributing: |
Distributing 70 technology devices
Providing over $12,500 in grocery and transportation gift cards to families
Offering case management services to further ensure students were connected virtually and families had what they needed to be successful at home
|To ensure that every child has the tools needed at home to support a productive learning environment this upcoming school year, we have launched the CFA COVID Cares 2020 Campaign which provides resources to purchase the specific supplies that students need to successfully engage in virtual learning. Please support our Campaign — below are ways you can give.|
