Reports to Program manager

Under the direction of the Child First Authority, Inc. (CFA), the Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the afterschool program at the assigned site.  

ACADEMIC COORDINATOR: $30/hour

Academic Coordinator Job Description:

Reports to Program coordinator and program manager

Under the direction of the Child First Authority, Inc. (CFA) and the Program Coordinator, the Academic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the quality of instruction and all academic-related activities including curriculum, tutoring, cultural activities, special presenters and field trips. 

ACADEMIC TEACHERS: $28/hour

CULTURAL TEACHERS: $18/hour, if teachers are certified in their craft, their rate will be $28/hour

Academic and Cultural Teachers Job Description:

Reports to Program and Academic Coordinators

Under the direction of both the Program and Academic Coordinators, all academic and cultural teachers are responsible for leading academic, cultural and recreational offering with fidelity during the after-school program.  

PARENT INVESTMENT COORDINATOR: $15/hour

Parent Investment Coordinator Job Description:

Reports to Program Coordinator 

Under the direction of the Program Coordinator, the Parent Investment Coordinator’s role is to build relationships with parents, community members, and church members and organize them to volunteer and participate in the life of the school, especially the afterschool program.

AIDES: $15/hour

Aide Job Description:

Reports to Program Coordinator

Description:  Under the direction of both the Program Coordinator, the Aide assists with academic, cultural, and recreational activities with fidelity during the afterschool program.   The purpose of the afterschool program is to create community learning centers that provide students with academic enrichment opportunities as well as additional services designed to complement their regular academic program.
